I know we are all tired of cooking, but maybe a class could change our dinner outlook? The Cutting Edge Classroom and Glass Bazaar offer adult cooking classes. Or, if you don’t want to learn to cook, maybe hire a chef to come do an in-home meal for all of you!
Movie Night
Head to the theater and catch the latest flick or have everyone come over in their pajamas for a night on the couch catching up with a movie on in the background.
Spa
There are so many spa options in Knoxville. Check out our spa guide and book some girl time.

We have so many options! You can almost always find a University of Tennessee game happening, but don’t forget about the Tennessee Smokies and our Knoxville Ice Bears!

Commit to a monthly book club and see all your gal pals frequently!

Who said sleepovers are just for kids? Truly, I think moms need them even more. Host one at your home or splurge for a stay at a nearby hotel with some friends.

Check out Pinterest or TikTok for the latest themed party trends. I want to host a “Dress Like Your Significant Other” one soon. How fun does that sound?!

There are many dance studios in the Knoxville area. Pick one and have an adult party or sign up for one of their adult classes!

Join forces with your pals and volunteer with a local organization. Service is a great way to bring people together! One of my favorites is Helping Mamas Knoxville and they love hosting volunteer groups.

If you can’t decide on what to do, just go on down to Market Square. You can romp, shop, eat, and explore!
