Mama Yoga is a mobile yoga studio specializing in prenatal, postnatal, and traditional yoga all with a feminine twist. I have completed a degree in Biology, Yoga Alliance certified RYT200 and RPYT programs, and bring a doula-minded emphasis, so your sessions will be educational, supportive, relaxing, nonjudgmental, and fun! Bookings include: private in-your-home yoga sessions, zoom sessions, partner yoga sessions, educational workshops, and group yoga classes. Burn Boot Camp

Burn Boot Camp is a lifestyle fitness facility that inspires, empowers, and transforms the lives of busy women and their families. Our members experience a high energy 45 minute session that is progressively challenging and never the same. 

Camps start with a warm up, kick your body into high gear during the workout and end with a finisher. Membership benefits include complimentary child watch at select camps, personalized nutrition guidance, 1:1 focus meetings with your trainer, and a supportive community to encourage you and keep you accountable.
