Summer is sizzling and crops are coming in across East Tennessee, including sweet, juicy blueberries. Knoxville Moms put together this list of farms that welcome you to come and pick blueberries. If your favorite is not on the list, keep in mind a late spring freeze damaged some of the crops. The hardest hit farms are closed this year and hope to reopen next season. It’s always a good idea to call ahead and check on availability before you head out. Many of the farms provide containers, so it’s just a matter of picking! In our opinion, it’s just as much fun to pick the blueberries as it is to eat them!
