Try Body Well by FIT4MOM in 2024!
Looking to get into an exercise routine? Want to start some healthy habits? Get stronger? Lose weight and inches? Meet some other moms? Look no further! Body Well is about the journey — about taking 8 weeks just for you, one day at a time — not only for your physical health, but mental health as well. In this 8-week program, you will join our mamahood sisterhood; a community full of support, encouragement, and TLC. This is a class where you will see transformation happen before your eyes, but it’s not just physical.
You will work out hard while learning stress-management, how to nourish your body with nutrient-dense, whole-foods and recipes with simple ingredients (plus a full nutrition and recipe guide), along with better sleep practices. Body Well is different from a get skinny quickly diet. Our hope is that you find balance through fitness and healthy eating habits that you can carry with you through all stages of motherhood.
Each 8 week session includes:
-small group fitness coaching including two HIIT workouts per week
-access to FIT4MOM On Demand classes
-before and after photos and fitness assessments
-weekly (confidential) weigh-ins
-seasonal recipes and meal planners
-meal tracking and coaching
-private Facebook group for community
-unlimited support from instructor and other moms in class

-Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30am at East Tennessee Spine & Sport in West Knoxville (this class can also be taken virtually on Zoom)
-Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30am at Athletic Republic Knoxville
-Classes meet 2 times per week. You must be able to attend both classes to enroll. Space is limited. Payment is due in full to reserve your spot.
