There’s a new fashion trend in town: the mask lanyard! We made these easy mask lanyards in fewer than 15 minutes and they help my kids keep track of their mask for trips out and for back to school. I decided to try making these when the thought of masks shoved in a pocket and dropped on a bathroom floor crossed my mind. It has helped keep them safe and not lost and dirty.
Here’s what you need:
1. 3/8 or 5/8 grosgrain ribbon
2. 3/8 swivel lobster claw from the jewelry findings section at your craft store
3. Needle and thread
4. Fray check
5. Scissors
