Knoxville Parents' Night Out GuideSometimes parents need a night out! Finding a sitter can be difficult if you’re new to Knoxville or if you don’t have any family nearby to help out.

The next time you want a date night, check out these Knoxville Parents’ Night Out programs:

YMCA of East Tennessee

Kids 6 months to 12 years of age will enjoy a fun night at the Y. Infants and toddlers will remain in Child Watch with age-appropriate activities, while school-aged children will enjoy a variety of activities, depending on the location, season, and staff availability.

Bricks 4 Kidz

All upcoming KNOs are for children 5-12 and fall on Saturday evenings from 6-9 pm. Three hours of Lego-filled fun and a pizza dinner is included! 

P3 Sportsplex

Children who are old enough to attend martial arts classes are welcome at PNO! In the Parents’ Night Out events, they teach kids about the five tenets of martial arts which include courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit.

Kids Cove

This Parents’ Night Out event is perfect for children aged 2-12 years. They suggest that participants are either potty trained or currently undergoing potty training.

Tataru’s Gymnastics & Tumbling

Friday Parents’ Night Out is offered for ages 5+ from 7pm-10pm. 

The Little Gym

Open to ages 3-10, usually from 6-10pm. Proceeds often go to local nonprofits.

National Fitness Center

Check out your nearest NFC for Parents’ Night Out. Typically offered at each location once a month for kids who are potty trained. 

Gymnastics Counts

In Maryville, for ages 5 and older from 7-10pm. 

Town of Farragut

For ages 6 to 12, check the program calendar to see when it is offered. You can take the night off while your child enjoys snacks, a movie, art, and lots of games at Farragut Community Center! Pizza will be served.
