It Was Just a Little Bit

She slept longer today, it was just a little bit, but it made a difference.

That little tooth is poking through, right there, just a little bit, do you see it?

She has started jabbering and trying to talk some. She loves to hear herself.

She tried just a little bit of mashed potatoes today! She loved them. She’s going to love food.

She started crawling today, not very far, just a little bit, but she can get herself places now.

I only need a break for a little bit. I just need to take a shower and sit down for a few minutes in silence.

I wish bedtime wasn’t so hard. I know she won’t sleep in my bed forever, just while she’s little, but I am exhausted.

Sure, we can play! Not right now, maybe in a little bit. Okay, just for a few minutes.
