We came home to find our kitchen floors were sitting under some water. Our insurance company highly recommended Mold Doctors USA so we called them. Ashley took our call and had Mike and other guys show up immediately. They dried out our kitchen and hallway and thankfully found the leak. We were able to save our hardwood floors and they repaired and replaced everything that was damaged. What we really liked was that they worked directly with our adjuster and insurance company and they had so much knowledge on stuff that we had no idea about. They did not try to upsell us anything and kept us informed as to what our coverage would cover so that way we would not have to pay any additional money out. The process took a few months and we are very pleased with the end result and we can definitely recommend them. Good local company.

We arrived home from a four day visit with our daughters and grandkids in Illinois to find it raining in the first floor of our home. The ceilings in the hallway and dining room were falling down and water was all through the lower level of the house. Found the source, turned off the water both the master bath toilet and then to the whole house. After a quick inspection, we called the insurance company to report the claim. They indicated they would call a company to begin debris removal and should be there in about 1 hour. They never showed and we received a referral to call Mold Doctors.
Within about an hour, a crew from Mold Doctors arrived and began the cleanup. They stayed until about 2:00 AM and were back the following morning for more debris removal and clean up. For the next three months, their crew of very professional individuals worked tirelessly to restore our home. They had multiple trades working on our home, from demolition to flooring, tiling and finish work, the professionalism, experience, and attention to detail were above reproach. Mold Doctors worked closely with our adjuster and myself during this whole difficult process. We could not be more pleased with how well the restoration went and the excellent outcome we experienced. We would definitely use them again if needed and would not hesitate on recommending them for cleanup, restoration and/or remodeling.

We had a water leak at our house a few years back and it was a terrible experience. We ended up firing the restoration company halfway through the job and hiring a new company to take their place. We hope it never happens again, but if it does, we will keep mold doctors at the top of our list!
