A few friendly reminders:

1. Dress in layers so you can remove or add based on the temperature. Sometimes it’s freezing and sometimes is 80 degrees. You never know in East Tennessee.

2. Make it comfortable. Don’t make your kiddo walk around town in high heels or super uncomfortable clothes for hours.

3. Keep our kids kidsThey grow up so fast — that’s what everyone says. We need to all remember that and especially at Halloween. Help your child choose a costume that is appropriate for their age. Help them to not stand out in a negative way. Keep them safe.
