Be warned Farmacy is not kid friendly. They basically wouldn’t even seat us and made up treason for super long wait.
For the Knoxville area I’d have voted for Nick & J’s Cafe on Lovell Road. They offer 15 different hamburgers and use 1/2 lb. Fresh Pattied beef daily they’re ah-mazing!
