Ingredients:
- smoked salmon
- 8 oz. package of cream cheese
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- juice from a lemon
- freshly ground peppercorns
- parsley leaves
Prepare:
Add the sea salt and cream cheese into a large mixing bowl and whip them together. Continue mixing until the cream cheese reaches a spreadable consistency. Carefully cut narrow slices of smoked salmon. Don’t worry if the pieces break apart a little since you will be rolling them up. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese onto one of the slices. I used a silicon spatula for this step. Start at one end and roll the smoked salmon slice up into a spiral. Continue these steps with the remaining salmon. Squeeze a little lemon juice over the salmon spirals and roll each one in the ground peppercorns to lightly coat them. Add a spring of parsley to each roll. Serve and enjoy!
Make it a meal by serving the salmon and cream cheese rolls with a salad and freshly baked bread.
