She told me her gym offers two hours of free childcare with membership and I was immediately sold!

The gym offered me a sanctuary where I could focus solely on myself.

It was the only chance I had during my busy day to step away from the responsibilities at home and invest time in my personal health. Once I started exercising regularly, I felt more energized and ready to tackle my daily tasks. It also helped me reduce stress and anxiety. Some days I would lift weights and some days I would just walk, but the most important thing I did was show up everyday for myself.
