When you reach ~20 weeks gestation, it’s time to establish care with a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist.
Your Pelvic Health Therapist will assess your body function, then design and teach you exercises to utilize as you progress through pregnancy, and educate you in coordination of your pelvic floor with breath work in preparation for delivery.

At the Primrose School of Farragut we believe that with the right foundation, anything is possible. This summer is exciting as we offer Summer Camp in place of our after school “Explorers” program. Each week highlights a new thematic unit of learning with fun filled programs and field trips for current kindergarteners through third grade.
We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that sends care packages to moms experiencing pregnancy and infant loss free of charge. They are available to moms who have experienced any type of pregnancy loss or the loss of a child from birth through age 2. We can ship anywhere in the Continental U.S.
