Join us at Foothills Forest School in our Tu/Th outdoor education program located on over 300+ private acres at Montvale Springs in Maryville, TN. Currently enrolling for our preschool class (ages 3-5) and out homeschool class (ages 6-10).

At Foothills Forest School, we aim to inspire a love for nature and learning in children. Our forest school approach fosters creativity, resilience, and confidence through outdoor experiences.

Creating open-ended space that allows for development, with an approach rooted in play that meets the unique needs of the individual child to be seen and nurtured. Outdoor classrooms harmoniously align educational goals with the innate curiosity and inherent need for outdoor play we see in young children.

Our school aims to diversify education for our next generation and empower them to develop a strong sense of who they are and their impact on our world.
