Thousands of lights, fog machines and moving characters are just some of the things you’ll see at a spooktacular Halloween light show in Loudon. You may have been one of the many to visit Muddy Creek Christmas Lights in Lenoir City to see the annual animated Halloween and Christmas displays. This year, creator Jacob Burris has expanded his popular shows once again. The display has gotten so large that Burris needed to find another venue. The LoCo Drive-In in Loudon proved to be the perfect spot for expansion.
This year, visitors will see about 20-thousand more lights, eight fog machines and concert style moving heads all set to music. There is another big change this year for Muddy Creek Christmas Lights. It is now a non-profit organization. There will be a $20 admission per car. All the proceeds will go to different charities in the Knoxville/Loudon County area. The Halloween show runs nightly from 7pm until 11pm until Tuesday, October 31st. For the latest on the Halloween and Christmas displays, visit the Muddy Creek Christmas Lights Facebook page.
