City Moms Blog Network, Knoxville Moms Blog and Costco present Mom Hour, a Holiday Shopping Event just for Moms!

Have you ever wished Costco opened just a tad bit earlier so you could check your Costco shopping off your list before 10am? Especially around the holidays?! Well this is your chance!

On Friday, November 13th, Costco will be opening their doors an hour early (9am) .. FOR City Moms Blog Network moms (+kids) all over the country!

Mark your calendars now and plan on joining moms across the country at your nearest (participating) Costco! And feel free to bring those littles along for the ride too. This is a FREE event and you DO NOT have to be a Costco member to come and join the fun. We will have lots of goodies that morning just for YOU!

Visit one of the participating locations from 9am to 10am for an exclusive shopping experience!

If you come to the Costco Mom Shopping event and sign up at the event to become a new Costco member, Costco has a special offer*: New Executive Members will receive a $20 Costco Cash Card and new Gold Star and Business Members will receive a $10 Costco Cash Card.

For existing Costco members who bring a friend to the Costco Mom Shopping event, if your friend signs up for a new Costco membership, you will receive a $10 Costco Cash Card** as a thank you.

*Limit one Costco Cash Card offer per household. Offer is valid for new memberships the day of the Costco Mom Shopping event only. Offer is not valid for renewals or upgrades of Costco memberships. Offer is nontransferable and may not be combined with any other offer or coupon. Costco Cash Cards are not redeemable for cash. The Costco Cash Card must be used by the new Costco member during the first year of membership.
**To be eligible for the Costco Cash Card, the existing member must be a Costco member prior to the Costco Mom Shopping event and the friend must become a new Costco member at the event. Offer is valid the day of the Costco Mom Shopping event only and is valid for new membership activations only. Offer is nontransferable and may not be combined with any other offer or coupon. Limit two new member referrals per primary Costco member per year. Separate forms are required for each referral. Employees of Costco are excluded from this offer.
A Costco membership is $55 a year. An Executive Membership is an additional $55 upgrade fee a year and includes an annual 2% Reward (up to $750) on qualifying Costco purchases. Terms and conditions apply to the 2% Reward. See the membership counter for details. Each membership includes a free Household Card. Price does not include sales tax.  Costco accepts cash, checks, debit/ATM cards, EBT, Costco Cash Cards, Costco Credit Cards and American Express.

Over 20 years ago, I moved to Knoxville and fell in love with the city that has now truly become my home. Shortly after moving here, I married my college sweetheart, and when not working we set out to travel as much as we could. After working as a financial manager for six years, I welcomed my first son in 2010 and began a journey as a stay-at-home mom. Two years later we added another baby boy to make us a family of four. In June 2016, we welcomed our third son. I founded Knoxville Moms in November 2013 which began my career as a work-from-home mom, and it grew to the expansion of Chattanooga Moms in March 2016. We welcomed our first girl in November 2017 making us a family of six and adding a little pink in our house. In June 2021, I became the co-owner of the Atlanta Mom website, and in March 2022 I became the owner of the Nashville Moms parenting website. When I'm not carpooling the kids to sports and activities, you can find me enjoying a cup of coffee, reading a good book, and dreaming about my toes in the sand. I enjoy meeting new people and enjoy connecting the moms of Knoxville, Chattanooga, Atlanta, and Nashville.

  1. Thank you for this wonderful event.It was very nicely put together. All the Costco staff were so kind, and wonderful to get shopping done earlier. Hope it can happen again in the future.
