Safety City Knoxville is opening for summer! Children can ride their bicycles or scooters around the miniature version of Knoxville complete with buildings, paved streets and sidewalks, working traffic signals and traffic signs. Kids and parents alike enjoy picking out area landmarks like the Sunsphere and Neyland Stadium.
