We provide all organic & farm to table products whenever possible…especially if they taste better! We buy local whenever and wherever it makes sense. We are a local, Knoxville based, woman-owned, artisan pizza restaurant engaged in the authentic old-world art of making wood-fired pizza.
Everything at Hard Knox is fresh and locally sourced whenever possible, developed in-house, made fresh every day and then cooked at over 750 degrees in our wood fired oven.

Order To-Go: Guests are welcome to order at the counter for to-go coffee or food or order online for pickup. Come in for a latte or signature drink before hitting the town or heading to work! Food items, drinks, and fresh baked goods from BAKERY by Frothy Monkey are available to go.
Don’t worry – we have the carnivores covered, too. You’ll find antibiotic free chicken, Benton’s Bacon, Italian sausage and our house made lamb sausage. Our lunch meats are nitrite/nitrate free.
