We’re here to support our members, guide them, and show them that together, we can make weight loss simple. We create a personalized nutrition, activity, and lifestyle program designed to help lose weight – and keep it off! We team you up with a Health Coach who will work with you to set customized health goals, provide accountability through your journey, and help you maintain for life with the use of genetic testing. Along the way, you’ll learn how to make nutritious choices and how you can enjoy food that fuels your body. You have a benefit of a large community of people to connect and share ideas with, a Profile app, an advanced smart body scale, vascular output testing, 3D body scans, and all of the tools you will need to make it a seamless lifestyle shift! We have two locations in Knoxville: Bearden (in the Chili’s plaza), and Farragut (in the Costco plaza).
