BLOOM Birdhouse Workshop

njoy your half-day with the Knox County Parks Team as we build and paint Bluebird boxes to be placed in your community park as part of our BLOOM initiative! Our team is on a mission to reduce the amount we mow by 25% by 2025 to help revive the natural flora and fauna of East Tennessee right here in Knox County. This building workshop will allow you to be part of that by building, painting, and designating which available park will receive your bluebird box before nesting season in this region! Help us make a home and habitat for some of our favorite backyard birds! The workshop will include a birding lesson, all supplies and materials, and light refreshments for participants.
