Join us at RT Lodge to experience a 5-course dinner by Chef Trevor Stockton paired with global high altitude wine selections by Nashville distributor 100% Italiano.
Nashville-based 100% Italiano specializes in Old World-style wines from Europe and the Americas, promoting boutique wines, indigenous and rare grapes, classic styles and wines for collectors. Five impeccable selections of high altitude wines have been chosen to enjoy alongside 5 winter courses prepared by the talented culinary team at RT Lodge.
High altitude wines are produced in mountainous regions with short growing seasons. More extreme conditions (high elevation and low temperatures) slow down the ripening process and preserve acidity well. The fruit produces thicker, darker skin to protect itself from the elements, creating wines that reflect the characteristics they take on – deeper and darker color, dryness, and complexity.
Dinner begins at 6:30pm on February 28th.
